如果有一天,你发现妈妈的厨房不再像以前那么干净;
如果有一天,你发现家中的碗筷好象没洗干净;
如果有一天,你发现母亲的锅子不再雪亮;
如果有一天,你发现父亲的花草树木已渐荒废;
如果有一天,你发现家中的地板衣柜经常沾满灰尘;
如果有一天,你发现母亲煮的菜太咸太难吃;
如果有一天,你发现父母经常忘记关瓦斯;
如果有一天,你发现老父老母的一些习惯不再是习惯时,就像他们不再想要天天洗澡时;
如果有一天,你发现父母不再爱吃青脆的蔬果;
如果有一天,你发现父母爱吃煮得烂烂的菜;
如果有一天,你发现父母喜欢吃稀饭;
如果有一天,你发现他们过马路行动反应都慢了;
如果有一天,你发现在吃饭时间他们老是咳个不停,千万别误以为他们感冒或着凉,(那是吞咽神经老化的现象) ;

(Matthew)6:24-34
一個人不能事奉兩個主;
English Version
No one can serve two masters.
Either he will hate the one and love the other,
or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.
You cannot serve both GOD and MONEY.
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field,which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire,will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

GOD???
MONEY???

TIME???

LOVE???

The Wooden Bowl
The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered.
The family ate together nightly at the dinner table.
But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating rather difficult.
Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor.
When he grasped the glass often milk spilled on the tablecloth.
The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.
"We must do something about grandfather," said the son.
I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.
So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner.
There, grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner at the dinner table.
Since grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl.
Sometimes when the family glanced in grandfather's direction, he had a tear in his eye as he ate alone.
Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.
The four-year-old watched it all in silence.
One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor.
He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?"
Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and mama to eat your food from when I grow up."
The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.
The words so struck the parents that they were speechless.
Then tears started to stream down their cheeks.
Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.
That evening the husband took grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.
*For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family.And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled. Children are remarkably perceptive. Their eyes ever observe, their ears ever listen, and their minds ever process the messages they absorb. If they see us patiently provide a happy home atmosphere for family members, they will imitate that attitude for the rest of their lives. The wise parent realizes that every day that building blocks are being laid for the child's future.*
Take care of yourself, and those you LOVE,
today & everyday...

神說:「因為他專心愛我,我就要搭救他;
他若求告我,我就應允他;他在急難中,我要與他同在;

I also received, how that Christ died for our sins
according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose

mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
